Adults with ADHD often create a negative story about who they are and what they are capable of doing. They bury their strengths and live with a story that diminishes their self-esteem. Their story begins to positively change when they discover their strengths. These are the natural recurring patterns of success they have buried & are also an integral part of their unique brain wiring. By identifying the situations that ignite the invisible barriers of ADHD they can learn to effectively manage their challenges and gain access to their strengths.
David will share effective ways of making adults with ADHD more aware of their unique brain wiring so they can use it as a foundation for changing their story of "being broken with flaws" to a more empowering one of "being unique with strengths."
David Giwerc, MCC, BCC, is the Founder/President of the ADD Coach Academy, http://www.addca.com, The Academy (founded 1998) is the world’s largest and most comprehensive ADHD coach training program and is accredited with the ACTP (Accredited Coach Training Program) designation granted by the ICF, International Coach Federation, http://www.coachfederation.org, the governing body for the coaching profession.
